Write a Bible study workbook

You write the study, with the exercises sitting right in the manuscript alongside the teaching content. Each reader works through them in a copy of their own.

What’s in the manuscript

Prompts, written responses, and checkable tasks sit right on the page next to the teaching content, and you can cite a Bible passage the way you’d link to another heading in the book.

How a reader gets a copy

There are two ways to get someone a copy, and both end the same way: they follow an activation link into a copy of their own.

Sell it on Shopify

Attach the title, or one version or language, to a Shopify product. After checkout the reader activates it and gets a copy of their own, separate from anyone else’s.

Grant it by email

If there’s no shop involved, you can grant access directly. Enter an email address and they get the same activation link a buyer would — useful for a review copy, or anyone you’re not charging.

When you need a new edition

When you publish a version, it stays frozen while you draft the next one in private, so anyone who already has access keeps what they bought. A translation can go on the same layout whenever you’re ready for it.

Publishing the study is a different job from leading it

A publisher sells access to a title. Whoever’s leading the group is usually someone else, working through that title — or through one they wrote themselves. Everything above this is written for the publisher.

Leading a group or class?

Planned

We’re building tools for that side too: a shared copy for the group, control over what a facilitator can see, and privacy for what each person writes on their own. None of it exists yet, so today Praxis is set up for the person publishing the book, not the person leading the study.

If that’s the side you’re waiting on, say so when you get in touch and we’ll let you know when it ships.
